Community-based Carers

We're Looking for Both Part-Time and Full-Time Community-based Carers to Join our Growing Team

The Company

Carebridge is an independent boutique care service that delivers support to both adults and children in their own homes. We offer a range of services from domiciliary to complex care and work with our clients to ensure that the correct level of care is in place and consistently delivered. We believe in the true meaning of the word 'care' and strive to always put care first.

The Opportunity

In order to keep up with demand for our quality services, we are now looking to expand our existing team of exceptional Community-based Carers. We are looking for individuals who want to provide safe and life enriching care and support to our clients wishing to remain in their own homes, always demonstrating an approach that is person-centred, sensitive, understanding, patient and above all, caring.

Ideally, you will have experience as a carer, whether paid, voluntary or for family, however what's important is a caring, compassionate approach and a commitment to person centred care, with the wellbeing of our clients at the forefront of your mind.

You will be providing 10.75 hours of care between 07.00-22.00, your day to day will consist of visiting clients in their homes and providing support and personal care on a domiciliary/social care basis.

The nature of this role means that you must have the right to work in the UK and hold a full driving licence with access to a vehicle. The position is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and suitable references
