Job description

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our in-house Talent Acquisition Team. Ideally you would work 2 days per week from our Head Office in Totton or one of our Midlands Service Centres in Warwick, Northampton, Worcester or Staffordshire, however we are open to any of our national locations. You will be part of an experienced Talent and wider HR team and providing recruitment support to the business undertaking the successful recruitment and onboarding of positions across the Group.Millbrook Healthcare Group is a fast growing business and is a leading provider of Healthcare Service solutions including Wheelchair and Community Equipment Services. We work closely with NHS, Local Authority and Social Care Organisations providing a complete outsourced service that significantly reduces costs, delivers better quality and an enhanced patient experience.The Role:Management of the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing strategy to offer and through to initial onboarding tasks to ensure a timely, consistent, and optimum candidate experience.Supporting the business with the development of Job Descriptions which capture role requirements and attract the right talent in the market.Creating sourcing strategies in agreement with the hiring manager to ensure the attraction and placement of the right talent at the right time.Provision of support, information and documentation on the recruitment process and agreement of interview to Offer process timelines and SLA's with the hiring manager for the role.Placement of job adverts on the Company intranet and internet, relevant job boards, social media and other media (publications, radio, online ads/editorial)Engagement and partnering with agencies to fill roles where appropriate for the sourcing strategy agreed.Preparation of the candidate offer using the relevant Company templates and matrixes to ensure accuracy of content and benefits etc.Management of initial candidate onboarding tasks to ensure continuity of candidate experience.Millbrook Healthcare Group are an inclusive and caring employer who understand that not everyone's job needs are the same. So please feel free to let us know of any specific requirements you may have and these can then be discussed in more detail if you are successful in your application.About you:Previous experience in a recruitment or Talent role, recruiting for a variety of roles either in house or for a recruitment agency is essentialDealing with high volume recruitment would be advantageousUnderstanding of the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer creation and onboarding.Strong communication skills, both in verbal and written form with an excellent telephone manner.Experience of relationship building and partnering within a business and or third-party environment, with candidates, clients, and customers.Use of working with a Talent or recruitment system (Select, Work Day, Peoplesoft/HCM Cloud, Core HR or other inhouse solutions) highly desirable.Previous experience in Healthcare recruitment is advantageous but no essential.Rewards:A salary of £25,000 to £26,000 DOEMonday to Friday 40 hours25 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompany Pension SchemeLife AssuranceA rewards scheme - 200+ exclusive perks and discounts from leading retailers and leisure outletsOur ambition at Millbrook Healthcare is to become the leading provider in the assisted living sector whilst ensuring our core company values 'CARES' remain unchanged.
