£10.23 per hour6 month temp roleImmediate start!WHO ARE THEYWould you like the opportunity to join a busy office environment working in the public sector? Then this is the job opportunity for you!THE ROLEWill initially begin working from the Earlswood, Jersey Marine office (Neath), however the office will be moving to a new location in Dafen, Llanelli within a few weeks.This is a 37 hour a week vacancy, expected to last for 6 months, at £10.23 per hour. The hours of work are between 8am and 6pm - lunch is flexible between 12 and 2pm. As with other support staff the hours are flexible within these time periods.You would be expected to carry out such tasks as;Routine typingSorting and processing all incoming and outgoing mail/messagesReceptionist/Telephone dutiesComplete administrative procedures and tasks relating to fleet history, utilisation and maintenance of records to statutory regulations and standardsDirect any queries to the relevant departments, i.e Fleet Manager.Ensure fuel log is complete and up to date.Ensure all planned maintenance orders are created on a weekly basis.Prepare quarterly report presenting all tyre replacements.Other ad hoc duties when necessary.ABOUT YOUYou will be an enthusiastic and organised individual with a keen attention to detail. Accompanied with the ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritise workloads.You will also need to be;Computer LiterateProficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft packages.Ability to prioritise an ever changing workload and to adhere to strict deadlines.Team PlayerAbility to work off own initiativeExperience with Data input and Data collationGeneral office experienceAbility to clearly communicate both written and verbally is essential in order to advice employees and liaise with external suppliers.Welsh is desirable but not essential.IND123#Sunny
