* MPS1 - UPS3 + scope for TLR

*PERSON SPECIFICATION - English Teacher*

* Must hold UK QTS
* English Degree or other relevant discipline (2.1 or Above)
* Strong academic background in GCSEs, A Levels and Degree
* Previous Teaching experience - Required
* Graded 'good' or 'outstanding' in recent lesson observations
* Ability to use your own initiative
* Commitment to success is essential!
