Your new company
Currently one of the biggest data consultancy tech companies. They have a dynamic team environment with plenty of room for progression. Over the pandemic, they grew exponentially and are looking for an in house recruiter to assist in the growth. They work across large clients like Coca Cola, Nando's, M&S and some hyper growth start-ups.

Your new role
You'll join as a key part of the operation, taking on the demand for their none stop hiring approach. They're looking for someone to start handling their on boarding, agency relationships, handling CV applications growing into a full 360 recruitment role. You'll be recruiting the data team from architects to engineers, analysts to data managers

What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of the data and tech market is preferred and direct agency applications with experience in these markets are welcomed. You'll have the ability to manage high demand, have a proactive search process and be looking to grow within the role.

What you'll get in return
You will be looking at a salary of 35-45k based on experience. The option of working fully remotely. They also have an office in central London. They have an amazing culture, doing numerous socials both online and in the office.
