Assistant Property Solicitor - 12 months (Remote)

Your new role
Working with Head of Legal, the Assistant Solicitor will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and
documents, and will be able to proactively identify legal risks to the business. The Assistant Solicitor will provide day to
day advice and baseline transaction work in relation to the business' property interests, Nomination Agreements and other
commercial agreements where they relate to property.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide day to day advice and baseline transactional work in relation to:
* Leases, Licences and other property interests;
* Nomination\/Void Agreements;
* Service Level Agreements;
* Management Agreements; and
* Other commercial agreements where they relate to property.

What you'll need to succeed
A qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property, ideally 0-4 PQE. A confident stakeholder manager and an ability to work remotely.
