Your new company

A London-based NHS Foundation Trust, this Trust provides general health services at hospital and in the community with staff working out of 75 different sites in the City and London Borough of Hackney.

Your new role

The role will report to the Deputy Director of People, and work closely with the Medical Director to provide strategic and operational leadership to a medical workforce of approx. 600 staff across the Trust.

Key responsibilities include:

* Work with medical leaders to ensure the medical workforce is well supported
* Ensure the Trust is able to effectively and safely recruit the range of medical staff required to provide a high quality of service
* Ensure job planning and rota development meet the needs of the services provided at the Trust
* Manage complex ER casework, making sure these are dealt with in line with MHSP (Maintaining High Professional Standards)

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the role you will have:

* Demonstrable experience managing complex ER cases
* Experience managing job planning and appraisal revalidation
* Experience managing organisational change
* Experience working with MHSP (Maintaining High Professional Standards)
