HR Officer - Insurance industry - Permanent role - Flexible working

A multinational Insurance firm with Offices in London, EU and Asia.

Your new role
You'll be responsible for supporting two HR Managers with the day-to-day running of the department. You'll administer all changes to employee records; support with onboarding and off boarding of staff; take the lead on company Wellbeing initiatives; assist with ad-hoc HR projects (incl. roll-out of new LMS and re-designing company induction process).

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll be an established HR professional with a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and administration processes around. You'll be an articulate and approachable individual with the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders across the business.
