The role? Supporting Sales teams and making them more and more effective over time by providing them with best-in-class coaching and training materials, and making sure they can build upon the knowledge they accumulate every day

Your missions
In the Performance Enablement Team, you will be our Sales Enablement Manager. Concretely, you will report into the Operational Strategy Senior Manager to enable the best sales effectiveness and productivity: scalability, efficiency and compliance across countries. To do so you will...
Design and lead trainings for our sales teams:
Create and produce the training materials best adapted to your internal clients (ie. sales teams), update them on a regular basis and suggest improvements or training innovations
Create the most adapted training calendars for the local sales teams
Lead regular training sessions on processes and changes in operating models (whether direct training of sales teams or train-the-trainer sessions for Team Leads)
Gather bottom up feedback from sales teams and/or local teams and make improvement recommendations to your manager
Create, organize and lead onboarding sessions for newcomers in our sales teams, making sure they are a key driver of sales performance ramp-up
Be responsible for the knowledge management and constant accuracy of all data provided to sales throughout Europe:
Actively monitor changes in processes to make all the data available to sales relevant
Make the access to this data easy for our local teams (currently in Notion)
Be in charge of building all client-facing materials for our sales teams across Europe:
Identify the best formats
Develop them constantly keeping client needs and strategic business results in mind, while suiting sales teams needs
Integrate bottom up feedbacks from sales teams to constantly improve client experience
Have a strategic overview of your activity and propose improvement solutions - adoption level of processes after trainings, training satisfaction, etc.
What we are looking for
2 years of experience in Sales, field experience or sales operations is a plus
Passion for knowledge transmission
Proven content creation skills on various supports (decks, videos, tutorials, etc.) - being familiar with e-learning tools and innovations is nice to have
Excellent English level is a must
Great communication and presentation skills to convey key messages in a clear and convincing manner
Active listener & strong communicator (English required, another European language is a plus)
Ability to convince for process adoption
Strong business acumen and understanding of the market to make all the aspects of your activity relevant for both your internal (sales teams) and external clients (Ankorstore clients).
