Global Pharmaceutical Company Looking for Team Administrator!

Your new company
One of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Japan is looking for a Team Administrator! The company specialises in both research and manufacturing of drugs, and has been listed in the Tokyo Stock Exchange since 1963. The job is based in London working in a team of 50 staff.

Your new role
The Administrator will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to all departments within the Drug Development Division (DDD) under the direction of the Head of EU Drug Development.

What you'll need to succeed

* Post-Secondary School education ideally with a diploma\/degree in business and\/or administration or substantial demonstrable experience in an administrative role.
* Positivity, flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines while delivering high quality work
* Able to interact effectively at all levels within the organisation, as well as with external partners and clients.
* Experience working in a team environment with proven ability for working independently with minimal supervision.
* Must be meticulous, methodical and detail-oriented
* An aptitude for, and experience of, using and implementing new electronic systems is important.
