My client are an established brand keen to add a HR Systems Advisor to their team in Havant (remote too).

Your new role

As HR Systems Advisor, you will report to a supportive HR Systems and Payroll Manager in a team of 4.
As a HR Systems specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day utilisation, configuration and optimisation of the People Management System (PeopleXD), developing effective KPI reporting and HR analytics.

Main responsibilities include:

* Maintain, monitor, and manage the technical and functional aspects of the HR System, including all active modules and integration points with other systems
* Continually research, test and stay up to date on system releases and fixes
* Work with stakeholders to implement, update & develop the system to ensure it is aligned to business requirements
* Produce regular KPI reporting and data for the team and wider business
* Support the wider team to ensure data quality and GDPR compliance within the HR Systems
* Support the team with general administration and data entry when required

Working hours are 35 / week: 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am-3pm on Friday. This role offers hybrid working with 3 days required in the Havant office and 2 working from home / week.

What you'll need to succeed

This role is a rare opportunity locally and will suit a HR professional who is looking to develop their career as a HRIS / Systems specialist with an interest in KPI's / analytics.

You must have the ability to work effectively in both a team setting or independently in a fast-paced environment, with good time management skills and the ability to balance project work with day-today responsibilities.

The successful applicant will have some experience supporting Cloud Based HR Systems, with effective communication skills for managing relationships with stakeholders. Some knowledge of PeopleXD (previously CoreHR) will be an advantage too.
