My client are looking for a Systems Specialist to join their team and become an integral part of their success in driving the business forward.

You will be working a mixture between office & home, offering a fully hybrid model long term.

Your new role
Reporting into the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive suite of user documentation, providing BAU user support, whilst maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our management information systems. You will be responsible for assisting with the management and documentation of systems controls, configuration and system security. You will be required to assist with maintaining the system training assets, whilst helping colleagues and customers along the way, You will be responsible for designing, testing and implementing 3rd party solutions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in ERP and management information systems and will have experience in user-supporting role. You will have experience working under change management principles and be able to clearly demonstrate past experience. You will be able to clearly manage and demonstrate the ability to navigate your way around a management system, whilst training and explaining to others. You will hold a good level of communication skills, be a team player and someone who can apply the right attitude. You will have previous experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook. You will hold a full driving licence.
