Job description

A pro-active HR Coordinator to join a growing SME within infrastructure, based in Lymington.

My exclusive client are a growing SME in Lymington with ambitious plans to double in size within the next few years.

Your new role

As HR Coordinator, you will report to a supportive Head of People and enjoy a varied role where you will work closely with all levels throughout the business.

You will be working in a broad role where you can bring new ideas and make an immediate impact. Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

* Support with the end-to-end recruitment process / carry out on boarding /off boarding requirements.
* Assist with general HR related queries, escalating when appropriate.
* Generate all employee related correspondence including contracts, reference requests etc, and ensure identity and Right to Work checks are undertaken.
* Process starter/ leaver information
* Maintain absence records for employees.
* Monitor probationary periods
* Maintain personal files and records ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
* Minute taking at HR meetings when required (ER case work)
* Support on HR project work (employee handbook / induction processes / wellbeing etc)

Working hours are 35 / week, Monday-Friday and this role offers hybrid working too.

What you'll need to succeed

This opportunity will suit an organised person with strong IT and communication skills. You must be CIPD qualified (Level 3+) and have extensive HR administrative skills with the ability to own and manage processes.

You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced collaborative team to provide a high quality and responsive service to the business.
