Your new company

You will be joining a 'Tech For Good' organisation based in the heart of Portsmouth with the opportunity to work fully remote. They are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer interested in working on projects that really make a difference to people's lives.

Crucially the role is open to a Developer with MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node) Stack exposure or an interest in cross training and learn these cutting edge technologies.

Your new role
You'll be joining one of the leading providers of online solutions which help people improve their employability skills, helping them to build new modules on their multi-device platform and keeping them ahead of competitors.

It's an R&D environment where you're challenged to solutionise, not just read from a brief and work will predominantly be greenfield.

Joining a small, friendly and talented team you will gain exposure to cutting edge web tools\/technologies and can be mentored and trained. They drive software best practice in an Agile environment where communication is implicit to daily workings.

This is a truly progressive environment, the Development Manager joined as a Junior in the business and you'll be given a personal development programme as soon as you join so you're always working towards the next promotion (often annual).

What you'll need to succeed
You should have 18 month+ web development experience, ideally including experience working with MEAN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express, Angular 2+ and Node.js) however experience working with other modern JS frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js, Backbone.js) will be considered.

You may also be looking to cross train from a career in another OO language such as Java, C# Or PHP.
Working here you will get experience with Automated Testing, DevOps, AWS\/Cloud so experience here will really strengthen your application.
