A recruitment biased HR Co-ordinator to join a local charity to support a busy period (Southampton \/ remote).

An established local charity who support people with mental health issues.

Your new role

Reporting to the HR Director, this 3 month temporary role will be based in the office (Southampton) 1 day \/ week and 4 days \/ week working remotely. Working hours are 37 \/ week, 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-4.30pm Friday (including 30 minutes lunch).

Main responsibilities of this role:

Manage the full recruitment administration processes which involves: placing job adverts - checking \/ standardising job adverts layout and job descriptions, placing job adverts onto the website and a variety of other websites. Response handling - emailing managers copies of application forms, removing sensitive data. Recording response on spreadsheet. Sending out unsuccessful letters on behalf of managers. Carry out other HR administration as required.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be CIPD Level 3 qualified (minimum) with some HR \/ recruitment administration experience. It will be an advantage if you are available on immediate \/ short notice too.

What you'll get in return

An hourly rate of \u00A311.98 \/ hour PAYE with flexible working (1 day office \/ 4 days remote per week)
