About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a TNA Analyst to undertake the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for a major Naval programme, using the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT), and develop and deliver a range of TNA related outputs required for Babcock Marine Training's element of the Type 31 Frigate Design and Build Contract.

Main responsibilities include:
• Undertake Role Analysis (RA) and produce RA reports incorporating Role Performance Statements including Performance, Conditions and Standards and DIF analysis;
• Conduct a Training Gap Analysis (TGA) including identification of any Residual Training Gap, and produce the TGA Reports;
• Undertake Training Options Analysis (TOA), including fidelity analysis, and generate the TOA Reports.
• Produce TNA Final Reports that recommend the most cost-effective training solution

What do I need to do the role?

You must have a good knowledge of DSAT (Defence Systems Approach to Training).

You will have experience in conducting TNA (Training Needs Analysis) - if you have limited exposure to this training can be provided.

What else do I need to know?

This role allows for agile working so will be home based the majority of the time.

We are happy to talk about flexible working. Please ask about alternative patterns of work at interview.
