A 12 Month FTC for a HR Associate to join a leading provider of healthcare services in Southampton (hybrid).

Your new company

My client are a growing SME who are a leader in their field, providing a diverse range of healthcare services and equipment to their loyal customers throughout the local area.

Your new role

As HR Associate, you will report to a HR Operations Manager as part of a talented, supportive team. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to cover maternity leave with the possibility of becoming permanent in future. You will be responsible for HR administration, some recruitment duties and have the chance to be involved in supporting ER case work, HRIS implementation and other projects.

This role offers hybrid working (minimum 2 days in the Southampton office / week).

What you'll need to succeed

This role will ideally suit someone with 18m's - 2years+ experience in a busy working environment as a HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar looking for the next stage in their HR career. You must be CIPD Level 3 qualified (minimum).

What you'll get in return

A salary between £23,000-£25,000 (DOE), 25 days +BH's, free parking and hybrid working - 2 days office / 3 days home per week.
