12-month FTC, maternity cover. Receptionist role based in Southampton, Hampshire.

Your new role

Typical responsibilities of the role will include:

Serve as the first point of contact for greeting visitors and callers to the department and perform basic administrative duties.

Answer and directs incoming telephone calls and takes messages.

Organising internal and external meetings including meeting room bookings, video conferences etc.

Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.

Arranging couriers.

Working alongside the office Management team to reinforce behaviours that maintain agile working.

Monitoring and maintaining stationary stock levels in the office including arranging for new orders.

Other reasonable duties within the general scope of the job title as directed by the Area Facilities Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Good organisational skills.

Previous experience in a similar role.

Competent user of Microsoft applications.
