New Part Time (2 days per week) contract job for a Dynamics 365 L&D Partner
We have a unique part time (2 days per week) contract opportunity available for a an experienced Learning & Development\/Training Professional that possesses expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Training to join our client for a 6 to 9 month period.
Our client provides national mapping services for Great Britain and is a world-leading provider of geospatial solutions. Their location data and expertise has helped governments make smarter decisions, businesses gain valuable data insight, and everyone experience the world outside for over 225 years.
What you will be doing
This client is embarking on a massive project to replace a legacy SAP ERP estate with a market-leading solution called Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply chain management. You will be working with the core project team and the wider L&D team to validate the training plan and put training in place to upskill and develop colleagues. Provide learning and development support to the trainers delivering the technical training. Ensure all learning activity is inline with the businesses wider learning and development strategy. Design resources, content, and materials to support the roll out of D365 across the organisation
What they are looking for
Proven experience of working within a learning and development or training role where you have been training people in Microsoft D365 systems. You will have the ability to create an environment where learning is a thing you do, not a place you go; providing all kinds of experiences aligned to the 70:20:10 model of learning to empower colleagues to maximise their potential through becoming self-sufficient learners. You will have a clear understanding of how adults learn (from theory through to content design) and can work in partnership with key stakeholders (People Partners, HR 'CoE', people leaders, other expert areas) to apply that expertise to create a learning ecosystem.
What you'll get in return
Flexible Part Time working options available. Remote working and working from the client HQ in Southampton will be required as part of this contract. The role has been determined as Inside IR35 and is offered on a 6 to 9 month initial contract. The day rate will be a maximum of \u00A3360 per day via an approved Umbrella company.
