We are currently recruiting for an Operations (Warehouse) Operative to support production and warehouse operations at Ultimate Healthcare based in Totton, Southampton.This role will require you to work in both the warehouse and assembly/build areas. There will also be the requirement for you to assist in the general movement of equipment & product.Ultimate Healthcare has tripled in size over the last 4 years to become the leading independent provider, which manufactures pressure care mattresses, hospital beds and wheelchairs. We are now embarking on our next period of growth and continuing to look for team members hungry to drive us on our journey.The Role:Responsible for completing all warehouse duties as directed including stock managementCompleting all build/assembly and PDI duties as directedResponsible for all paperwork issued ensuring it is carried out within the Ultimate Healthcare procedures/guidelinesTo assist with annual and rolling stock checks as requiredDay to day efficient running of the warehouse areaAbout you:Previous warehouse experience is desirable however full training will be providedComputer literate - previous experience of using stock management systems would be advantageousExcellent communication skills to interact with the team and external suppliersBe enthusiastic to learn new skills and become fully cross functional across all areas of the warehouse activityKeen to develop within the role and companyHard working, driven and motivatedA start date of January 2022Full UK driving licence is preferredWhat can we offer you?An annual salary of £18,865.00Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm (40 hours)25 days holiday (plus bank holidays and an optional 5 unpaid days)Life AssuranceCompany Pension SchemeA rewards scheme - 200+ exclusive perks and discounts from leading retailers and leisure outletsOur ambition at Millbrook Healthcare is to become the leading provider in the assisted living sector whilst ensuring our core company values 'CARES' remain unchanged.
