Are you a dedicated, passionate and exceptionally organised Office Manager looking for a new role?About the roleSt Elizabeth's College is an independent, specialised learning environment for young people aged 19-25 with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities, including those with epilepsy and other complex needs. We are welcoming and inclusive College, that are committed to enabling and supporting young people to live their lives to the full, and strive for their greatest potential.We are seeking a dedicated temporary Office Manager to not only co-ordinate the administrative systems within the College but also provide high levels of support to the College Leadership team.You will be responsible for and will manage the day-to-day administrative function within the College, ensuring the admin team receive regular supervisions and appraisals in line with St Elizabeth's policy. You will arrange and attend key meetings, oversee and support financial controls whilst promoting shared communication between staff members to ensure the smooth running of the service.About youWe are looking for someone who has either office management or Senior PA experience, ideally within an educational organisation. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of MS Office and SIMS ideally. Your interpersonal skills will be second to none and you will have the ability to communicate with staff across all levels. Accuracy and attention to detail is vital in this role as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure and to work well within a team.St Elizabeth'sSt Elizabeth's is situated in 60 acres of Hertfordshire countryside between Harlow and Bishop's Stortford.
