SCHOOL ADMIN OFFICER
£19,331 - £22,016 per annum
PERMANENT - FULL TIME

About the role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional School Administrator to support their School Leadership Team. This busy role will see the successful candidate work closely with the Principal of the School and College to ensure all curriculum planning and quality assurance systems and databases are up to date, ensuring that all data stored and exported from the system is correct and consistent.
The ability to communicate effectively is vital as you will be liaising regularly with both internal stakeholders and external agencies such as local and funding authorities. You will be required to arrange and attend key meetings, take notes and distributing the relevant paperwork amongst other duties.
About you
You will have excellent IT skills and will be an expert user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. You will have high level analytical skills with the ability to think strategically. You will be a self-motivated, organised individual, with an eye for accuracy as you will be responsible for inputting and maintaining confidential individual learner records.
The ideal candidate must have achieved a minimum of GCSE C in Mathematics and English, along with Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration. Experience in the education or care sectors is an advantage.
About Our Client
Our client is situated in 60 acres of Hertfordshire countryside between Harlow and Bishop's Stortford. They support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs in their Children's Homes, School, College, Residential Homes with Nursing and Day Centre.
