Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in Private Client?

Our client is a leading law firm located in Kent who are seeking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic Private Client Secretary to join their dynamic and passionate team.

The successful Private Client Secretary will possess strong secretarial skills and experience within the Private Client legal environment. You will often be first point of contact for clients therefore you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills on the telephone and face to face.

The ideal Private Client Secretary must be organised and able to manage/prioritise your daily workload effectively to ensure you are supporting the fee earners in delivering excellent client service. Additionally, experience using a case management system and digital dictation would be advantageous as this forms a large part of the role. You must also be comfortable working with numbers, have strong numeracy skills and be able to understand financial ledgers. Preparing correspondence and other written communications, word processing and typing from manuscript or audio dictation.

This role offers a highly competitive salary depending on experience.
