Meraki Talent's financial services client is actively looking for a Fees Manager to work within their existing Investment Operations team. Reporting directly to the Stream Lead, the Fee Manager will be responsible for managing a team that handle the creation and collection of Fees across the platforms.

This would suit experienced Investment Operations Managers with exposure to Fees or senior Investment Operations team members with man management experience.

Responsibilities of the Fees Manager

  • Manage a dynamic team responsible for the upkeep, creation and collection of ongoing fees.
  • Fee Responsibilities including maintaining fee static data, loading fee rates on new accounts, processing fee debits and refunds and reversals.
  • Delivery of team goals within company timescales.
  • Daily liaison with the Account Opening and Maintenance stream members.
  • Validate Fee documentation and provide Fee guidance to branches.


Background of the Fees Manager
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role within Investment Operations or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of Fee management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead a team to deliver high quality results.
  • Deliver training when required to expand team knowledge.
