Initially work from home until return to the office.Shifts: Full time 40 hours, working 5/7 days full flexibility required Monday to Friday 8am-9pm and Saturday & Sunday 8am-8pmmTraining Duration: 2 weeks training on site Monday to Friday, full attendance requiredContract: PermanentDay to day responsibilities of the Customer Service RepresentativeYou will start your day signing into your systems, making sure you are ready for the day ahead.Working on behalf of a leading global provider of insurance services you will be the first point of contact for customers with general enquiries, billing queries and customers wanting to make a claimSupporting customers wishing to make an insurance claim you will talk them through the process, assisting with fresh claims, updates, general enquiries and perhaps cancelling policies if requiredDeliver first class customer service and through effective questioning and active listening demonstrate understanding of the customer's needs.Provide accurate, timely and expert advice and strive to achieve first call resolutionWith an hour of rest time (made up of 30 minutes for lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks) you will always have time to catch up with friends, get something to eat in the town centre, or perhaps grab some fresh air and go for a walk
