JOB SUMMARY

OSJ Instructors

- To help develop the OSJ training materials with the founder of the OSJ

- To deploy instruction 121 and in groups to the organisation and external organisations

- To mentor external OSJ Members in disadvantaged settings and encourage them to develop towards their goals.

- To master the OSJ Training Material with the aspiration of becoming a qualified OSJ Trainer at or by Month 6

- To manage all course documents and paperwork, liaising with personnel and procurement

- To learn new material and gain qualifications in specific fields of interest to become subject specialists

- To be responsible for own development and be privately coached by the founder of the OSJ to represent the OSJ to its ethos

- To participate in the OSJ team events which are an ongoing development initiated from other employees (and to gap fill where they don't have enough players or participation ensuring their successful outcome).

- To manage calls and communications to the training department providing par excellence in service to our clients.

- Any other reasonable duties for or on behalf of the OSJ

Must hold a UK Bank Account- Must carry references to the interview written from the work coach and a character reference that can be verified by letter or call.

SKILLS NEEDED

- Ideally has a DBS check already done or is in the process of acquiring one.

- Will be asked to give a 15-minute presentation on a subject of their choice at the second interview

- Must be willing to go into disadvantaged settings and have a positive view that no matter where our members are they can achieve a positive path from there.

- Must want to and be confident at public speaking, be confident with media presence.

- Must have some presentation skills acquisition.

- Must be able to communicate confidently and effectively in speaking and writing authentically as self.

- Must be able to produce articles which are interesting relevant and engaging.

- Must be over 18 Years old

- Must be diligent and dedicated to task completion and have a high personal standard of presentation of own work.

- Must be willing to learn and engage with challenging learning material and be resolved to master one's own skills in such subjects.

- Must be passionate about communication and all forms of communication.

- Must be able to write clearly so that handwriting can be read.

- Must have skills in social media and have experience in using social media for personal use.

- Ideally has a desire to be customer focused.

- Must have problem solving and some organisational skills which logically organises own workload to achieve the end goals.

- Must want to take on additional skills as they master the core skills set and learn.

- Presenting initiatives and expressing own creative solutions to help shape the company.

- Ideally has an interest in products/product development/technology.

- MUST BE DISCRETE/CONFIDENTIAL and be able to keep intellectual property rights and data secure and private

- MUST hold a current character reference from Job Work Coach and one other person who can recommend them as trustworthy and honest.

- Must have an interest and intention of working in Human Resources and a will to stay with the company post Kick Starter

WORKING HOURS

Days to be agreed every month by employer and employee. This is to be as flexible as possible and open to all backgrounds. (overtime will be made available to full time as soon as is possible)

HOURLY RATE

National minimum wage Bonus of £120 if the contract is completed to the end of term successfully.
