You will play a vital role in providing IT support to business partners enabling the company to achieve its goals. You will be looked upon to provide solutions to technology challenges as well as educate end users on utilising available tools to more efficiently perform their tasks.

What you'll be doing?

You will play a vital role in providing IT support to business partners enabling the company to achieve its goals. You will be looked upon to provide solutions to technology challenges as well as educate end users on utilising available tools to more efficiently perform their tasks.

Key Skills:

  • IS Help Desk phone support (On rotating basis)
  • Loaned laptop and projector management
  • Hardware procurement, inventory, disposal support
  • Account Management advanced support
  • VIP/Executive support
  • Assist with managing standard process/procedures
  • Cross trains and provides guidance to other technicians
  • Work directly with vendors on installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance

Profile

Experience:

  • Proven experience in IS Help Desk support
  • Windows 7 & 10 experience
  • Microsoft Office 2016/Office 365 or above experience
  • Mobile Device support experience (iOS preferred)
  • Laptop/Printer Hardware advanced knowledge
  • General Networking and Wireless environment understanding skills
  • Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange experience
  • Desktop support tools advanced knowledge
  • Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex PC/Network problems quickly and accurately; contacts vendors as needed
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone support skills, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • IT service management system experience required (ServiceNow experience a plus)
  • Documentation and Knowledge base experience
  • Project management working knowledge
  • Ability to work assignments that are complex in nature where judgement is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations

Job Offer

Salary:

£26,000 - £30,000
