IMMEDIATE START - Permanent HR Administration role based in Ormskirk Full time - Monday - Friday Office based

Are you looking to develop your career with HR? Are you immediately available? My client based in Ormskirk is seeking a professional HR Administrator to join their small and friendly team.
You will be working for the Head of HR for an organisation who specialise in hire cars.

Your new role

The HR Administrator will support the Head of People in the daily administration and running of the People Team. You will assist with, recruitment, onboarding and off boarding processes and maintain HR records to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
Some of your duties will include but not limited too

* Manage the administration of recruitment campaigns including: advertising vacancies, collating applications and data, corresponding with candidates, assisting managers with the shortlisting and selection process and scheduling interviews.
* Monitor recruitment and selection data to contribute to People Team reports.
* Create and maintain People records including manual and electronic filing systems, including employee records, new starters, leavers, internal transfers and salary increases.
* Enter timely and accurate people data on to the HR database.
* Manage the People Team email inbox, responding to enquiries and referring issues for HR advice, as required to the Head of People.
* Payroll administration on a monthly basis, including collating documents, entering timely and accurate information into relevant spreadsheets and files. Working with the Financial Controller for support.
* Employment contracts administration: preparing contracts for new starters, contract changes, extensions and keeping accurate records
* On boarding administration of new starters including right to work checks, references, preparing offer letters, letters and DAMS onboarding documents.
* Coordinate probation review process ensuring the probation process is followed and regular check ins with Managers\/Leaders are completed, collection of forms and letters sent out in a timely manner.
* Off Boarding process for leavers including leaver details, exit interviews, and collating reasons for leaving.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous HR admin and Payroll admin experience
An eye to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Good communication skills
Ability to work as a team.
