Vacancy: Finance Administrator

Location: Stockport (SK4)

Duration: Temp - Perm

Salary: £10.00 - £10.50PH

Think recruitment are currently recruiting for a experienced finance administrator located in Stockport, for a leading client of ours in the facilities management sector.

The main purpose of the role is to assist with maintaining The Company's high standards and have the ability to manage, develop and foster relationships with new and established clients and internal contacts.

The Person:

Delivery of excellent customer service;
Excellent communication skills - confident with interacting at all levels
Time Management and Organisational skills
IT Literate
The ability to remain when under pressure.
A structured approach to working

Commercial Administrator general responsibilities: Including but not limited to:

Chasing timecards and preparation of timecards for processing by wages team
Planning of electrician's diaries
Assisting tenants and clients on the phone and via email
Assisting with general contract administration
Maintaining well-ordered filing and paperwork

A sound knowledge of basic IT programmes (Word / Excel/ Outlook) is required.

Previous experince within a finance role is essential.
