Sales Support Analyst -Wigan - \u00A325,000 per annum

Our client is a division of a US group with global turnover of $1.5bn and 3,100 staff. It is a market leader in its field with its UK head office based in Ashton in Makerfield. The UK operation employs over 70 staff and has a turnover of \u00A328m. The role is based in the Sales Department where there are 15 staff

Your new role
Sales Support Analyst for the Group's commercial operations in the UK. This is a varied role working in a busy Sales team of 10 people some of which are based at the Wigan office. Tasks and responsibilities are varied and will include:

* Working as part of the sales \/ customer development team taking calls from internal & external customers processing orders and raising invoices.
* Analysing internal sales data to identify opportunities & maximise sales
* Analyse and maintain price reviews & controls, engineering costs, service & productivity.
* Ensure new \/ renewed business complies with 'Return on Investment' requirements
* Process cash integrity reports & associated costs
* Produce forecasts & reports for management
* Assist in the preparation of business documents, customer meetings and \/ or presentations in PowerPoint.
* Coordinate with other internal departments on projects, logistics & machines orders
* Ad-hoc additional work, filing and holiday cover as required.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience in a Sales orientated department with proven analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and will be able to work o their own initiative.
