Position Technical CoordinatorLocation South YorkshireSalary £35,000 + packageIndustry New Build HousingMy client is a large National House Building Contractor, who specialise in building 2-4-bedroom homes. Due to continued growth into a new region, they are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join their team.You will be reporting to the Technical Manager, looking after multiple developments throughout the South Yorkshire region.Job Role;Programming resources either externally or internally to meet business plan objectivesThe production of accurate detailed information in line with programmes and budgetsReviewing all information to be issued for accuracy and efficiency.Providing all necessary associated Health & Safety InformationResponding to queries promptly and effectively.A working and in-depth knowledge of NHBC Standards, Design Standards, Building Regulations and other legislation relevant to the construction industry with the ability to keep updated with any changes to this.Liaising with the planning authorities and building control bodies to secure the discharge of conditions.Provide technical support and information to all disciplines.Resolve and answer all technical queries from construction and other internal departments promptly.Skills & Qualifications needed:The successful candidate will be educated to HNC/HND level as a minimum and have experience specific to the house building sector.
