Are you multilingual in both English and French languages? Do you have a background in a higher-level customer service role, ideally in a call or contact centre?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the clients office in the Liverpool city centre, you can look forward to working with a globally known brand and to deliver truly exceptional customer service to customers alongside engaging with all customers to gain a full understanding of their requirements.

Please be aware, when applying for this role, you must be able to start on the 11th of October 2021 if successful at interview stage.

A competitive basic salary of £21,390 per annum.

Working hours that range between 0 Mon-Sun (this would be across 2 shift patterns - 0 and 1).

Day to day duties include:

Handle all customer interactions in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Engage with customers to gain a full understanding of their requirements.

Providing a value added service at all times that enhance the customers experience and build on both brand and service reputation.

Capture, maintain and ensure the quality of customer data.

Identifying any service-related issues, trends or incidents.

Have at least 2 years experience in a higher end customer service role (ideally contact or call centre environment).

Evidence of previously providing a high end, customer service experience.
