An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a big brand in Manchester as a Reward Analyst on a permanent basis. My client is a successful, international, fast paced and very innovative brand within the sporting industry. The company has gone through a huge transformation programme over the last 2 years which has seen the HR function double in size.

Your new Job

In your new job as Reward Analyst, you will report directly into the Senior Reward Manager and act as the main support for the Reward function. Your duties will include calculating annual bonuses, pay rises and annual gender pay gap, auditing benefits data, answering queries on all aspects of pay, keeping up with HMRC legislation and ensure they are met and also undertaking project work as and when required. It is essential that you acquire advanced excel\/spreadsheet data modelling and manipulating skills to be successful in this role. You must have the ability to demonstrate use of initiative and add value to the reward function. The ideal candidate will have a high level of accuracy, excellent attention to detail and be able to adapt well to changes within the business.

- 1-2 years experience of working in a reward\/analyst role
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong team player
