Job description

I have 8 new customer service roles in Kings Lynn for short term Project town centre - require office skills

Roles working within a Customer Service environment, preferably telephone, otherwise in a face to face environment. the essential Qualifications as follows:

* Immediately available for circa 4 weeks work approx. 37 hr week inc weekends.
* Quick learner
* Flexible to the hours they work
* Self sufficient
* Accurate
* Good listening skills
* Can engage with different people and customer types
* Resilient to negative customer feedback or comments
* Has second language in Polish, Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian or another Easter European language.

* Ability to use in-house IT systems and core Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel and if known, Teams.

* Training will be provided for the in-house bespoke systems.

Essential Experience: *

* Working within a customer focused environment.
* Ability to work at pace accurately and to instruction.
* Good attention to detail.
* Actively listens, takes time to understand the customer issues and translate that into requests for service.
