Administration Support - Business Development - Oxford - remote working

What does the role involve?
Working to support the development and growth of the company, the Business Development team are tasked with sourcing new commercial opportunities for growth for Corriculo. Such activities undertaken by Business Development Consultants requires the support of Administrators to help the department function efficiently. We require Administration Support to join our team and improve efficiency and productivity amongst the Business Development Consultant team.
Working under supervision you will work to ensure that all leads and data points follow a specific Business Development process, are closed and actioned as per the SLAs within the team and that opportunities are effectively highlighted to the Business Development Consultants.
In a collaborative, Agile, team environment, you will search, process and deliver opportunities and ultimately revenue for the business, helping us to build and leverage a strong network of contacts through affective administration of complex data sets.
Full training - both internal and external - coupled with a rigorous quarterly appraisal system, will provide you with the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to begin a career in recruitment on the path to more senior positions.
Key Responsibilities
Working as part of the Business Development team, you'll play an integral part in our continuing success, analysing and processing large data sets through our complex process and system as well as recognising, categorizing and sorting a variety of leads through the business.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Managing complex lead generation processes through the initial data gathering stage.
Extensive quality review of lead data and information
Processing data through our process and system
Taking full responsibility for data reporting and reporting metrics to Team Lead.
Managing internal CRM for Email marketing
Responsibility for the status of Google sheets and full responsibility for data accuracy.
Sourcing and reviewing data for potential clients.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who has prior experience of using and working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel Experience). Any experience working with large data sets or with data in general would be highly desirable. Our sheets and processes are complex. You must have excellent attention to detail. You must be a "natural" user of the internet, social media will already be a part of your life and you'll be comfortable engaging with people through such channels
