Job description

Part time permanent post, 18.5 hours per week

Working days - Tuesday (including evening), Wednesday and Saturday morning

With flexibility for additional overtime opportunities

Based in our offices in Reading, or London, with home working options

Salary in the range of £11,269 to £12,521 part time pro-rata per annum (Full time equivalent range £22,537 to £25,041 per annum)

If working from London, an additional location allowance of £1,650 per annum will be applied

Parents and Children Together (PACT) is an independent adoption charity and family support provider which helps hundreds of families every year through outstanding adoption services and therapeutic support and community projects across London and the South of England.

Our Adoption Services team recruit, prepare, approve and support adoptive parents for children in care. We're looking for an Enquiries Officer to join our team who operate our frontline enquiry service providing information and advice.

If you have outstanding customer service skills, are competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages, are accurate in the use of database systems and can demonstrate effective listening skills whilst developing your knowledge and understanding of our adoption enquiries, then we would like to hear from you.
