We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Babcock providing professional and efficient administration cover for all aspects of a busy logistical accounting office.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a Supply Administrator to provide logistical support to the MoD staff at RAF Shawbury and other units in the local area. With training, you need to be able to operate MoD logistical IT system and complete the associated documentation to ensure suitable control of stock is maintained.

What will you be doing?
• Collating all auditable vouchers that have been generated in support the Logistic operation,
• Responsible for the timely progression of vouchers that are required to support the material account.
• Maintaining Logistic registers by running data reports from the MOD logistical data base (MJDI)
• Investigating materiel losses and advising customers of outcomes
• Dealing with customer demands and enquiries
• Investigate and compile discrepancy reports

The experience you'll bring
• General administration/ logistical IT experience.
• Previous MoD logistical/ supply experience would be a benefit

• You must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
