Care Assistant - Hednesford

Salary £10 to £10.50 (25p per mile travel)

Full PPE (gloves, masks, aprons and hand sanitiser) will be provided to all care staff.

From our branch in Cannock, we provide practical support with daily tasks such as meal preparation and personal care, respite and welfare calls to allow people to live independently and remain in their own homes.

Previous experience to be a care worker is not required as full training and support will be given, but if you have worked in care before it would be helpful.

You will need a caring nature, be patient and have a positive approach to your work. In return, you will receive good rates of pay, flexible working patterns, and the knowledge that you have made a huge difference to the day of the people you help.

Duties:

· Preparing or assisting with meal and drink preparation

· Light household tasks - dusting, laundry, washing up and vacuuming

· Personal care which may include washing, bathing, showering, toileting etc.

· Assisting clients with morning and bedtime routines

· Shopping

· Maintaining records of your daily activities
