Job description

Our client a leading retailer and manufacturer, has a need for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team providing key 1st and 2nd line support services to their UK and European teams.

You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to deal with stakeholders at all levels. You will be raising and dealing with tickets, providing resolution or escalation as necessary.

Candidates will have proven skills in technical support, be a self-starter, with excellent organizational skills.

You will demonstrate solid experience in the following:-

  • Identify and support installed Workstation hardware and software.
  • Be able to perform routine problem resolution.
  • Keen to grow in the role
  • Strong knowledge of features and facilities of IT infrastructure.
  • Support of Windows 10
  • Support of print management
  • Android, IOS MDM solutions
  • Basic network understanding
  • Understanding of the ticket life cycle based on ITIL best practices SLA's KPIs

The role will be based in client's offices in Camberley, Surrey with an opportunity to undertake some of the role remotely. In addition, there will be the chance to travel to some European destinations as part of the role.

A salary in the region of £33,000 per annum plus a good benefits package.
