Job description

We are seeking a Curriculum Manager for Construction courses. You will be responsible for the quality of curriculum delivery and development across our Construction, Plumbing, and Electrical courses.

The successful candidate will:
• Be able to work strategically to motivate students and staff to achieve at the highest level
• Work collaboratively with the Head of School, and other managers, to ensure that students have a high-quality learning experience
• Ensure excellent outcomes and progression across all their subject areas
• Hold a teaching qualification (or willingness to undertake one) and assessor/ IQA qualifications. They must also have a minimum Level 3 in either Plumbing, Electrical or a Construction related trade and considerable experience in their trade

We are looking for
• Previous experience of working to deadlines and dealing with changing priorities
• A collaborative management style with experience of motivating teams to be engaged and highly perform
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High levels of accuracy and efficiency
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
