Non-profit organisation based with easy access to Epsom station.

Your new role

Interim Head of HR role putting into place various systems and processes for a company that turnover 24million annually.

Within your role, you will be responsible for the recruitment service on a large scale, building the companies EVP is also a major part of the role is this is something that they are moving towards.

Additionally, you must be operational, good with pipelining and successful with putting together a profile on social media to create a great online brand presence.

What you'll need to succeed

A strong understanding of the employment lifecycle, previous experience within a leadership or manager role, preferably within a social care or non-profit environment.

What you'll get in return

Salary ranging between \u00A355,000 - \u00A360,000 + additional benefits.
