£55k-£60k plus package

Our client is looking for an established Site Manager. This scheme is in Frankin Court in Godalming, which is a 12-month project worth £2.2m on behalf of the NHBC. A tier 1 Developer completed the site, and now our client is managing all the roof defects. It's an amazing scheme consisting of 3 large residential sites, all high-end. Our client are looking for some someone who can run the scheme from inception through to completion overseeing the defects and liaising with the roofers, scaffolders, brick workers etc and managing the gutter work, RLO's, water etc.

This would suit someone have a solid construction site background, able to work on their own initiative who can report directly into the Construction Director. You will be spending your time on site between different projects and using your experience to divide your time correctly.

Our client has extensive growth plans over the next 2-3 years and have many other similar projects at tender stage, so after this project has finishGU8 4ADed, you will be given the opportunity to progress into a Project Management role on future projects.

The role of the Senior Site Manager

Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Ensure successful delivery of a variety of planned works on budget, time in a safe manner and fully in accordance with the company policy and procedures.
Managing a team of Site & Project Managers within the company and motivating other members of staff.
Managing Contractors and direct operatives, enduring planned works are completing on time and within budget whilst minimizing disruption to residents and the public.
You will work closely with the supply chain and client and provide high quality technical expertise on all construction matters.
Keeping fully up to date with the latest Health & Safety regulation To be successful as a Senior Site Manager, you will need to possess the following:

Strong track record as a Site Manager working on similar projects
Ability to deliver projects on time and within agreed budget
Be extremely process driven and results focused.
