That's why we are open, supportive, challenging and empowering.As our new Clent Relationship Manager, you'll be managing specific clients, supporting them in all aspects including, all service delivery matters, growth, profitability, pricing renewals and contract negotiations. You will also be covering product and business development including cross selling other AXA Partners products and services and identifying opportunities for expanding those relationships into new and profitable areas of business.While working closely with the rest of the Commercial Global Markets team you will be liaising with all areas of AXA, from daily interaction with operations, to compliance, legal and finance to ensure you can deliver an excellent service to your clients ensuring all their business needs are met.. Your success will be measured by the loyalty of the client (retention), the profitability of the account (efficiency) and identifying opportunities for expanding those relationships into new and profitable areas of business and coordinating any improvement plans.What else will you be doing?Proactive account management to achieve long-term relationships with clients & stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery to both clients and their customersAnalyse management performance, contract performance, tracking of claims and profitability in line with forecast and taking remedial action where necessary in agreement with underwriting.Renegotiate contracts & renewals and manage new opportunities through a coordinated multifunction sales effort working alongside other members of Global markets to support, where necessaryTake an active role in supporting the Company's strategy & delivery against plan with key stakeholders to identify and implement new projects to support business objectivesProactive management of all stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery to both clients and their customersManage implementation projects, identify & outline key milestones - guide and coach colleagues as required to help with implementationKeep up to date with each partner's vision and market trends to conduct informed discussion including new solutions opportunities that could meet client opportunities including co-design approach.All of the above whilst working within our Senior Managers and Certification Regime Framework (SM&CR) to reduce harm to consumers and strengthen market integrity by making individuals more accountable for their conduct and competence. The SM&CR is a catalyst for change, an opportunity to establish healthy cultures and effective governance in firms by encouraging greater individual accountability and setting a new standard of personal conduct.QualificationsAbout youYou will have a strong commercial acumen combined with a proven track record for relationship management and influencing at senior levels. Experience will be within Insurance, Financial Institutions or Assistance market in travel, home, motor or consumer electronics sectorIn your previous role you've had experience of managing large and small accounts, together with proven evidence of client growth within a commercial environment. Understanding of the relevant regulations and legislation applicable to the role, would be useful.You have strong communication and influencing skills and people describe you as a positive person, who is driven, resilient and tenacious.
