As a production operative, you must be prepared to be hands on with learning - training is provided for the right candidates.

Machine operating experience would be an advantage but not essential. You will need good numeracy & literacy, basic computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a production operative, you will have the opportunity to learn aspects of book making from feeding the machines, binding, using guillotines to cut books to size and printing. From the first steps right through to the finished article

Hours: Initially it will be working on a day shift 8am to 4pm but then moving onto

Three rotating shift 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am

Pay: £9.50 per hour
