Male Support Worker Job - Eastbourne - Full Time

Hays social care are currently working with a company in Eastbourne who are passionate about the development of adults with learning disabilities. The home supports 9 individuals with complex care needs and require a full-time male support worker to come and assist.

As a support worker you will be assisting vulnerable individuals with personal and practical care, medications, daily activities, trips out, socialising, accessing the community, and leading a more fulfilled and independent life. We do require you to have some previous experience\/training in restraining and also to be comfortable in an environment where this may be needed at times.

It would be ideal if you held an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care or equivalent, however, this is not essential. We do ask that you have a good level of experience as a support worker.
