Upon joining, you'll become part of a team that supports customers at the point of their insurance renewal and deliver outstanding service and value. Our extensive, blended training and coaching program will ensure that you make a great start to driving your career forward. Based on your experience and the position selected, you'll start on £19,564 per annum, with the potential to build to a salary of £21,500 within 12 months. We also offer a generous holiday entitlement of 25 days (Plus bank holidays) and a realistic bonus scheme on top of your salary.

Timings - Rotating shift Pattern including some weekends. Monday to Friday shifts between the hours of 8am and 7pm, Saturday 8.30am -5pm, Sunday 9am - 1pm.

Your Role

• Handling high volume inbound calls
• Working towards KPIs
• Accurately updating customer accounts
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Dealing with complaints in line with company policy
• Problem-solving and exceeding customer expectations

Our Ideal Candidates

• Previous customer service experience ideally within a contact centre, hospitality, retail, or sales, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Lots of empathy and understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable Wi-Fi connection
• Adequate workspace to WFH

*You must be able to commit to a 4-week training program. Once you have completed the training, you will begin your variable shift pattern.
