*English teacher needed for a school in Arun*

Are you looking for a great full time position teaching English at a school in the West Sussex district of Arun? If you're a forward-thinking and creative English teacher then the Senior Leadership Team at this school would love to hear from you!

About the role
You'll be working as an English teacher at an improving school as a member of a strong, experienced department in Arun from January 2022.

This is a full-time role in which you will be expected to deliver well-planned lessons and strong behaviour management. The school requires a dynamic teacher who can think on their feet and tailor their lessons to the needs of the pupils and to ready the students with real life skills. They focus on setting high standards to challenge their pupils with a broad and balanced curriculum that has been built upon the core values of the school.

You will be working alongside an extremely supportive and collaborative department with a team of excellent and committed practitioners in a building with excellent facilities. Teachers will also have access to the school's internal CPD programme.

The school serves its local community and surrounding area and is accessible by car and public transport.

About you
* An experienced teacher with QTS (NQTs will be considered)
* Demonstrable history of teaching English to a high standard
* Enthusiasm and creativity when delivering lessons to students of all ages and abilities
* Proven experience of developing teaching & learning within an English department
