About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a CX MRO Administrator to join FTSE 250 International company specializing in components and sub-systems for the Aerospace, Defense and Energy markets. My Client provides Engine Systems including Flow Control, Thermal Systems, Engine Composites and Engine Sensors for both Civil and Defense Aerospace Customers.

My Client are passionate about aircraft - and passionate about helping companies keep them flying at the lowest possible operating cost.

Using your experience as a CX MRO Administrator, you will:

Execute the MRO process in accordance with Customer Experience culture standards as part of CX Service Team
Manage the administration for a portfolio of customers including Contract Review, Quote generation, Repair Order entry, expedite enquires in line with Customer Experience standards and to achieve annual targets
Contribute to the CX team at internal meetings as necessary and provide reports to wider management team as required with a focus on continuous improvement and business growth
Ensure enquiries are answered in a timely manner and the execution of duties carried out
Liaise with internal departments to ensure CX standards can be achieved including Shop floor staff, Pricing, Planning, Stores, Shipping, Materials, Finance & Commercial
Provide regular assistance to produce reports to the leadership team on key metrics, order status and current performance for month end reporting purposes
Co-ordinate and expedite resources to successfully resolve customer enquiries.
Assuring customer (internal & external) satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the various service enquiries received.

What experience do I need?

You will be customer focused and capable of managing the internal processes for a portfolio of accounts while retaining focus of achieving annual sales targets.

We would also like to have experience of the following:

GCSE level or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in aerospace office environment
Decisive and consistent
High degree of attention to detail
Strong sense of urgency & skills in prioritization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
Excellent communicator and team player
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
