Your profile

Here's what it takes to join some of the world's brightest minds-

• Graduated or are on track to graduate with a 2:2 degree or above in an engineering discipline.
• Are flexible, know how to connect with others and pride yourself on bringing positive, bright ideas to the team
• Feel comfortable working and reporting at all levels of a multidisciplinary team
• Enjoy jumping in and, with support from us, feel confident taking responsibility for tasks and projects you've been assigned
• 
  
• Hands-on experience in an exciting and challenging global services environment
• Learn/improve your engineering and critical thinking skills in a variety of teams in the Siemens Energy Aeroderivative Gas Turbine business.
• Collaborate with a variety of key non-engineering business functions to understand what it takes to keep an engineering company running.
• Build your skills through training modules, with both classroom and practical sessions.
• Be a valued member within a team of Entry Level Talent (Apprentices/Interns/Graduates) to participate in the business improvement projects. The scope of these projects will provide you with valuable team working and presentation skills.
• Take part in our Culture Hub, where you can push the business further and change its course, as well as represent us externally such as at STEM events.
• Seek out opportunities that will strengthen your skills and enhance your knowledge to continue to support the business and your career development path.

It would be beneficial to have some understanding of the principles of gas turbine operation, but it's not essential.

Your responsibilities and opportunities for personal growth

Throw yourself into this two-year rotational Graduate Program working with Siemens Energy aero-derivative gas turbines based in Warwick. As a Graduate Engineer, you will undertake placements in a variety of departments designed t o develop your capabilities whilst exposing you to different aspects of real-world engineering.

Part of your scheme should involve travelling to repair facilities and customer sites.

You will have an individual training plan to aid you in developing the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. At the end of the program, you will be equipped with excellent knowledge to support you for your professional career within Siemens Energy.

The benefits package for this role includes not only a salary of £27,000 - £31,000 but also an annual bonus. We know that not everyone's lifestyle is the same, so we operate a flexible benefits scheme where you can tailor your benefits package to suit you.
