So naturally we need to secure top-notch talent to ensure we continue growing and improving every day.This is where YOU come in!What will I be doingYour role will be to support the strategic growth of our network within your designated SME portfolio and locations. You will identify, target and telephone canvass potential new business, provide service solutions that are aligned to CitySprint revenue/ margin KPI's and operational SLA's. Operating in a dynamic and quickly evolving industry we are looking for someone with proven experience in the field of outbound proactive and inbound reactive customer engagement, who actively builds client relationships and who puts the customer at the forefront of their daily working activities. The right candidate will enjoy talking to people on the telephone and/or via Microsoft Teams and will possess team player attributes.Role Responsibilities:As a successful Territory Executive, you will positively contribute to the success of the Commercial Team, through identifying, developing and delivering new business, portfolio growth and appointments for TMs through customer contact. This will be achieved through new business telephone canvassing within your allotted geographical areas and via appointment making for your team of Territory Managers. You will be responsible for a portfolio of existing SME accounts that will require regular contact to gain wallet share and cross sell services, along with excellent retention. Once opportunities are identified you will be responsible for managing the customer negotiation process and a key participant in the successful conversion and implementation phase whilst managing the delivery ensuring a smooth customer journey, through consistent collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.The key skills needed for the role include:Proven success at converting leads to successfully retained accountsExperience Account Managing a large portfolioProven experience in building successful relationships with all stakeholdersPrevious experience and working knowledge of CRM's (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent interpersonal skillsConfidence to interact with all levels of personnel, both internal and external to the organisationProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communicationDemonstrate a 'can do' attitude and working well under pressure with the ability to prioritise workloadClear ability to work with a diverse range of customersSelf-motivation and ambition to succeedThis is a varied and challenging role in a fast-paced, fun and friendly environment.
